Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 11:44AM Hi everyone -
Well...I am finally settled. Finding a place to live was extremely challenging so I have decided to live with a friend and save up for a down-payment on my new log cabin (or something just as nice). I am also saving up to purchase a new car (Pontiac G5). I already have it picked out...just want to get a good down-payment going. Here is a picture I took of Niagara Falls when I visited on my move back to New Hampshire. I took it with my new cell phone which has a 3.2 mega pxls camera on it. Pretty cool!

So...having got all that out of the way, I just have some painting and some furniture purchases to make (bookcases, desk, bed, etc.) and I will have my own office - bedroom - library! ha ha.
I am taking this week to redo the look of my blog and make some changes and tweak a few things so I should be up and running by this coming week. So come back and let me know how you like the changes. If you have any suggestions, you know I am always open to them.
In addition to updating the look and feel of my blog I am playing with the idea of adding a second blog that will showcase the hundred of photos I have taken across the country as well as the many photos I have taken since I moved back to New Hampshire. New Hampshire is a place that begs to be photographed. It is so beautiful!
So stay tuned... I so look forward to getting back into my blogging and writing and conversing with my many friends!
By the way, the new banner is a photo of the one place I have always loved to hang out at - Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, Maine. It is truly my most favorite spot in the world. I went there with my friend and had lunch this past Saturday. It is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. I love to sit and watch the seagulls and listen to the waves as they slap up against the rocks!
Remaining Steadfast,

Pictures, pictures, we want the pictures!!!!!
Welcome back, Dom.
Thanks for the Blog Of The Week award. I'm glad you enjoy my blog.
So glad you are back and settling in! I must admit to being a little jealous of you over there in NH and all the beauty that the northeastern US has to offer. Love the new blog banner photo ... what a great place to just get lost in thought and refresh the soul.
Larry -
I am working on the picture angle. I visited the 12 stages in Texas and the Precious Moment Chapel during my move from AZ to NH so I am planning to post those on my blog.
Thank you for the "welcome back!" It is great to be back at my key board.
Now I just have to decide who I will be writing for. I have had several requests in the past several weeks!
Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment.
Larry -
You are most welcome and yes, I do enjoy your blog. I have from the moment I discovered it!
Hi One Mom -
Thank you and I am glad to have some structure back in my life.
The photo you mentioned is Perkins Cove in Oqunquit, Maine. It is my favorite spot. I love to do lunch there. (Seafood - yum!)
Yes, there is definitely much beauty to witness here. It is incredible.
Thanks for stopping by.
Hi, I think the new design looks great. Welcome home!
I wanted to let you know that I have created three buttons, one to support Joe Kenney for governor, one for Sununu, and one for Jeb Bradley. I can send you the code for the buttons and you can try to install them here. I don't know if they will work on your blog because the images are located on my blog. If the code doesn't work I can email you the images, you can then upload it to your blog and I can send you the code that you will need to install them.
Let me know if you are interested in one or all of them.
I hope you don't mind that I left this comment here, I responded to your comment on my blog about the buttons but I figured you missed it.
Hi Mr. Pink Eyes -
Thanks for the info on the buttons. I definitely know I want the Sununu one. I am not familiar with the other 2 candidates so I will have to do some research and get back to you.
I can add raw html on my site here... so... as long as the code you give me is in the raw format, I should be okay.
This weekend I will be catching up on my blog reading. It has been too long.
Here is the code for the Sununu button:
As for the other two candidates, Joe Kenney is the only Republican running for governor, he is our only chance to get rid of John Lynch. Jeb Bradley and John Stephen are both running for the first district house seat. I am voting for Jeb in the primary. Both are good candidates, and I will support whoever wins the primary. I am not sure what district you are in. There are two or three Republicans running in the second district. I haven't been following that race closely because I am not in that district.
I just am not sure if the code I gave you will work because the image http for the button is my blog. If it doesn't than I can email you the image, you would then have to upload it to your blog and change the part of the code that gives the image address.
If you need to do that I can try to explain it better, I'm not sure what I just typed makes any sense.
Thanks Mr. Pink Eyes -
It is a little late at night but did I miss what you were saying. I don't see the code? You mentioned you would leave it but uh I don't see it? Did you forget?
Mr. Pink Eyes -
Also, I will check out those candidates you suggested. I believe I am in district 3 so I will do some research and see who is running. Thanks for all the great info!
I just tried to post the code again, and when I went to confirm my post the code had disappeared. I guess it won't let me post code in the comments section. If you want I can email you the code and we can see if that works.
Thanks Mr. Pink Eyes -
Here is an email that you can send the code to.

Thanks. You're the best!
I have emailed you the code, I think. Hopefully it will work
